Choose-up games will be $15 cash-in, cash-out and tournaments will be $20 per tournament and have a shop credit payout. Includes: Weekly Fee, Pins Game, Skins Game, Hole in One Pot, Summer. Some weeks will have a make your own group and others will have a blind draw. The League is open to all male Members & Pre-Paid Card holders. Choose-up games and tournaments have a “play whenever you can make it” format but you do need to sign-up in advance on a weekly basis. You can play in either group and each group will have its own purse. We will have two choose-up groups each Saturday (early 7:00 am – 8:00 am) & (late 8:00 am – 9:00 am). We’ll have several choose-up formats throughout the year and unique tournament formats within the schedule. The 18-Hole Saturday morning choose-up will begin April 8th and finish-up mid-October.

The team fees are $450.00 per team regardless of how many team members you have. Team fees include the 17 weeks of best ball, skins, and closest to the pin. Two players from your team will participate in a net best-ball match against another team. The league will have a 5:45, 6:00, & 6:15 pm shotgun each week with teams made-up of 3 – 5 players.
Each division will have a maximum of 19 teams.
Golf league skins game skin#
The value of a skin is determined by the participants in the match. There are potentially 18 skins in an 18 hole match. The low score must be unique among all scores (no ties). A skin is won by a player who posts the lowest score on a hole among all players in the game. The League will consist of 6 divisions 3 divisions on Monday & 3 divisions on Thursday. The Skins game is a popular betting game in golf. USGA rules govern play (except for a couple of Pace. The 9-hole men’s league will begin mid-April with a meeting for new participants (Thursday April 13th 6:00 PM) and conclude mid-October with a fall banquet (See schedule). In addition, we offer optional side games at every event such as skins, closest to the pin, low putts, etc. The 9-hole league has its own handicap system and the 18-Hole Saturday Choose-up uses the new World Handicap System. Ironwood has several options for you to participate in either a 9-hole league, a Saturday morning choose-up with a tournament schedule or both.
